In the splendid setting that overlooks the Gulf with Miramare Castle in the front and the karst ridge behind, the cottage hides from the curious eyes in the woods of the Contovello ascent (Barcola alta). The entire ground floor, used as an apartment, is available to guests, who can make use of a double bedroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a two-seater sofa bed, a hallway with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all accessories, a bathroom with a shower, a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. All rooms, overlooking the garden facing the sea, have independent entrance doors. We accept reservations from families and groups of friends. For individual couples who request it, the double bedroom is offered at the displayed price and guests can still have access to the entire apartment. The price may vary if the stay is extended for several days or when important events are organized in our city. We offer a round-trip transportation service from the train station and airport. The house has a private entrance and an uncovered parking space. Pets are welcome, and for large dogs, there is a large fenced area with a covered box available.
